Discussion Topics

1.  How mentor someone who has to do project management but who does not currently have those skills

· Have a single document containing all notes for the project (rather than separate document for each meeting)

· Use project plan template

· Publish communication plan and method…and use it

· Identify the deliverables

· Keep meetings wit higher ups "short"

· Before completing a deliverable, checkout the deliverable format and content with the project sponsor to make sure this is what he/she is expecting
